The UCPA series is a narrow-profile variant of the UCP pillow block unit. Featuring a narrower base width than the standard UCP, it is designed for applications where installation space is limited and the available width cannot accommodate a standard housing. These units typically utilize stamped steel or narrow cast iron housings; consequently, load-bearing capacity is reduced, making them suitable for light-duty applications.

Pillow block Bearing is a bearing unit combined roller bearing and housing together. Most of the outer spherical bearings are made outer diameter sphere, installation and imported bearing bore together with a spherical structure forms, versatility and interchangeability.

Meanwhile, in the design of such bearings also have some adjustable mind, it's easy to install, the sealing device has a dual structure, it can work in harsh environments.Bearing Housing is generally used casting or stamping molding. 

Pillow block Bearings can be classified into three types based on their locking method: UC (set screw), UEL (eccentric sleeve), and UK (adapter sleeve).

Commonly matched cast bearing seats include vertical seat (P), narrow vertical seat (PA), high center vertical seat (PH), square seat (F), convex square seat (FS), convex circular seat (FC), diamond seat (FL), annular seat (C), slider seat (T), suspension seat (HA), adjustable diamond seat (FA), and suspension bearing seat (FB);

The commonly matched stamped bearing seats include circular stamped seats (PF), diamond stamped seats (PFL), triangular stamped seats (PFT), vertical stamped seats (PP), etc.
