Product Overview
The UCPA series is a narrow-profile variant of the UCP pillow block unit. Featuring a narrower base width than the standard UCP, it is designed for applications where installation space is limited and the available width cannot accommodate a standard housing. These units typically utilize stamped steel or narrow cast iron housings; consequently, load-bearing capacity is reduced, making them suitable for light-duty applications.

Pillow block Bearing is a bearing unit combined roller bearing and housing together. Most of the outer spherical bearings are made outer diameter sphere, installation and imported bearing bore together with a spherical structure forms, versatility and interchangeability.
Meanwhile, in the design of such bearings also have some adjustable mind, it's easy to install, the sealing device has a dual structure, it can work in harsh environments.Bearing Housing is generally used casting or stamping molding.
Pillow block Bearings can be classified into three types based on their locking method: UC (set screw), UEL (eccentric sleeve), and UK (adapter sleeve).

Commonly matched cast bearing seats include vertical seat (P), narrow vertical seat (PA), high center vertical seat (PH), square seat (F), convex square seat (FS), convex circular seat (FC), diamond seat (FL), annular seat (C), slider seat (T), suspension seat (HA), adjustable diamond seat (FA), and suspension bearing seat (FB);
The commonly matched stamped bearing seats include circular stamped seats (PF), diamond stamped seats (PFL), triangular stamped seats (PFT), vertical stamped seats (PP), etc.
Structural Features
Housing base width is approximately 30%–40% narrower than standard UCP units
Reduced spacing between the two mounting bolt holes
Spherical bore accommodates a spherical outer-ring ball bearing
Typically features stamped steel or compact cast iron housings
Usually equipped with UC-type bearings (set screw locking)
Common Models

Product Features
Space-saving: Narrow base fits into width-restricted installation areas
Lightweight and economical: Reduced material usage results in lower weight and cost
Easy installation: Uses the same bolt-mounting method as standard UCP units
Self-aligning: Spherical interface allows for self-alignment
Suitable for light loads: Narrow base offers lower rigidity than standard housings; limited to light-duty use
Technical Specifications
Shaft Diameter (Metric): 12mm – 50mm
Load Series: 200 (Light Duty)
Locking Method: UC Set Screw
Housing Material: Stamped Steel / Gray Cast Iron (Narrow Profile)
Seal Type: Double-lip seal
Number of Mounting Bolts: 2
Typical Applications
Small conveyors, light industrial machinery, home appliances, textile machinery, small agricultural machinery components, space-constrained drive units, office equipment
Selection Tips
Stamped steel housings require load derating; axial load should not exceed 20% of radial load
Prioritize standard UCP units when space permits, as they offer superior rigidity and heat dissipation
Not recommended for heavy-duty, shock-loading, or high-vibration operating conditions
